Paritosh Chhibber is an entrepreneur with a background in design, psychology, technology & product management.
He has experience bootstrapping & growing a UX design & technology company and driving business value across multiple industries such as automotive, travel, data governance, cybersecurity, fin-tech, IT, mental wellness, manufacturing, & education, globally.
Having contributed to multiple industry domains over his career, he's now excited to align his competencies to directions that are as meaningful as they are challenging & finds his true calling in choosing to focus on problem statements which are impactful to humankind, beyond simply being profitable to business.
He is passionate about redefining education beyond skills alone, & its long-term sustainable impact. His interests revolve around design for impact, education, integration of technology, psychology and business, democratising tech through low-code & no-code approaches.
For over a decade, as a designer, he has practiced and mentored on various aspects of UX research, modeling, design, prototyping, and validation. He has leveraged interaction design & design thinking based approaches towards designing for holistic, inclusive and sustainable service experiences which empower and help co-create value for all stakeholders of service ecosystems.
Some of his past projects include designing in-vehicle-infotainment systems, mentoring teams for usability improvement of enterprise web applications, automotive diagnostic and configuration tools, advanced driver assistance systems etc & also training batches of employees on user experience design methods. He has worked on redesigning back office systems for the travel industry, mapping and modeling industry ecosystems, design evangelism, training & mentoring tech teams to leverage design and driving efficiencies with a metric-driven approach. He has led product management and design for many years on data governance projects related to data quality, curation, semantics & lineage, GDPR, enterprise regulatory risk assessment & mitigation.
He holds a master's degree in psychology, a bachelor's degree in electronics and is an alumnus of the Army Institute of Technology, Pune.
